Shipping Policy

COVID-19 UPDATE - SHIPPING DELAYS MAY OCCUR. 

All items on the website that are currently in stock will typically be shipped from our warehouse in 2-5 business days after your payment clears. Once you have completed your order, we will be in touch via email to give you a more accurate delivery date We ship from Huntington Beach, CA and delivery timing is dependent on your delivery location however we work to expedite things as much as possible.

We charge shipping fees which reflect the cost of shipping your order to you which is calculated when you place your order prior to submitting.

 

We ship Monday-Friday, excluding US national holidays. Shipping SLA starts from the date you received the “[Java Jaws] Order #...” email.

 

Return Policy

If you are unhappy with any of our products, we accept returns and/or process refunds.

 

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving an item and the return (if necessary) must be received by our fulfillment sales team within 30 days. To initiate a return or exchange, please refer to your Invoice or “[Java Jaws] Order #...” email for contact information. Shipping costs are not refundable.
